Why a Loaded Donkey?

For those of us who are proud of our southern origin, the Loaded Donkey represents in essence the southern people. Hospitable people with a strong character who, like the donkey, are prepared to meet all and any challenge and make whatever sacrifice is necessary. They are humble, tolerant, patient and dignified people who are prepared to carry whatever load to guarantee themselves the bare necessities of life. However, a warning to the wise: similar to the donkey –when the load they are forced to carry becomes unbearable, they launch kicks in every direction without consideration of who may be in their reach.

Why is it important to recognize oneself in this symbol?

The time has come for change. Less myth and more fact in the best interest of all. Enough with the power house! Politics must represent all, not just the few. Political representation for all is what we need! Let us say no to clientism and neputism. Let us put a stop to unjust elections! Let us block the footman of expansion! Let those incapable of rendering political equality, concern themselves elsewhere. Imagine being underpaid in the few productive businesses, or watching your children be unemployed without hope of finding work whose destiny, at best, is to emigrate or to fall in a life of crime.
